Image of the city, notes

- visual memories of history or politcal moments or economical structures can define the image or the character of a city
- the importance of graffitis or other expressions of the habitants
- social importance of places like soccer stadiums, squares (tango), bars etc.
- cities are functional
- new forms of comunications have to face bigger spaces of the city
- the wish to create a clear image of the city (my doubts) or to visualize the character of an existing image (traditions) and the aceptance of "the new"
